How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually ship only on Mondays so please allow 10 to 15 working days from the time of order. Usually we ship a lot faster but if we have a lot of orders or a delay getting product from our supplier it can take 2 weeks. Thank you for your patience 
I received a tracking number – why doesn’t it tell me where my order is?
We print shipping labels on Saturday and Sunday and the shipments go out on Monday so there may be a delay for the tracking numbers to get updated. Try again on Monday evening or Tuesday morning and you should get an estimated delivery date.
What is your email address?
Due to large amounts of spam, we don’t publish our email address, however you can use the Contact Us form to send us a message. Once you have established contact with us and we know you are a genuine customer we will be happy to exchange emails.
Can I talk to someone?
Yes! We would love to hear from you. Please check the Contact Us page for our phone number. Call volumes are high so if you get our voice mail please leave a message, including your name and phone number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you haven’t heard back in 48 hours, please try again.
