I have been using this corn meal ever since I found out about my allergies. After suffering from various “gluten free breads” which were tasteless, my husband came up with the idea of making corn bread. The texture of the bread which I now make with 1/2 corn meal and 1/2 rice flour is so much better than with some of the other corn meals out there.
