Black-Eyed Peas and Ham, Instant Pot
- 1 pound dried China Doll Black-Eyed peas, rinsed
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz. diced ham
- 2 tsp black pepper
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot, place and lock the lid.
- Cook for 30 minutes at high manual pressure.
- Allow the pot to depressurize.
